The staff is very helpful and accommodating, they were very polite and flexible about our problems. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with enough variety. The location is great! Everything is reachable on foot (not far from public transport though) but you can also get over to the islands in mere minutes. Will certainly book again if we come back to Oulu.

Been here several times before and shall return. All-in-all a good hotel to stay at. City center close by and the hotel amenities are on a good level. Breakfast provides plenty of variety and the room beds are very nice (for my taste). The gym at the hotel is the best one I've ever seen located at a hotel.

Wonderful hotel and great location. Very friendly staff. The room has very good beds, all the necessities. Tea and coffee, minibar and wine bottle available for buying, room service available from the restaurant, bathroom toiletries complete set. Gym access was great, fully equipped gym. The breakfast is amazing!!! Nicely presented, from a welcome healthy start shot to the chef making your favorite omelette on spot. Squeeze your fresh orange juice. Great choice for salty breakfast and leave some space still for waffles and pancakes :-)) Thank you for a wonderful stay, definitely coming back here when in Oulu!

They call it a "super breakfast" and it really is. Great variety of food, fresh, tasty and good quality. The personnel at brekfast area was very well trained, polite and welcoming. They even brought us a separate jar of coffee to enjoy at our table. I also loved the gym area - it looked like it was privately owned proper gym, but hotel guests have a free access to it. There was a pleasant free sauna as well. Beautiful view from our window. Room was cozy family room. Really liked how beautifully was decorated the hotel entrance\lounge area - it created a special cozy atmosphere. Also big thank you for free water and small snacks which were available there. As a parent, you feel grateful for that, as our kid only drinks still water.

This hotel is the absolute best! The beds are amazing and the views looking out to the river were wonderful. Maybe ask for a room with a view. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous and the sauna is great as well, but only working limited hours. The restaurant meal was the BEST! The bikes available to ride are also fantastic.

I choose this hotel always for the following reasons (as long as the apply): The hotel gym is awesome, the breakfast is for many tastes, and usually the rooms are quite quiet and restful.

Great location. Very central, only 15 minutes walking from the train station. Excellent and very friendly and helpfull staff. Best breakfast I had during my 2 weeks in Finland! There was an art, clothes and food market in front of the hotel, on the square, when I stayed there. Also nice bars close by. You can rent a bike for 3 hours for free. Musea closeby. Biking to the nearest beach is 20 minutes. Beautiful view form my room. Nice bar area. Good restaurant and I loved the terrace in front of the hotel. IT WAS PERFECT.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable bed and peaceful room. Hotel restaurant was perhaps not the cheapest, but served good food. Maybe the best hotel breakfast that I've ever seen. Many pubs nearby. Seaside rooms must have good views.

Super clean, comfortable and beautiful room with wonderful view (I was on the 6th floor). Staff here was helpful and nice, for example they called me taxi in the morning when I was in hurry. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Finland: lot of opportunities, coffees and healthy options like smoothies and juices. Next time I’ll go to the gym and sauna too!

As a frequent visitor I like this hotel as an all-good choice when needing a stay at the city center. A good gym available and an excellent breakfast. City center within 5-10 minutes of walking,
